Dear supporting churches and praying friends :

Jesus Christ—whom we preach!!!

Colossians 1:28 - "Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:"

Our first desire, in all that we do, is to please God and bring honor and glory to Him. But specifically for the work in Spain, the Lord has impressed this verse upon my heart and it has become our purpose statement for the work there. There are 41 million souls in Spain and they must all be warned! The Starks can’t do that themselves, but through the men and women that the Lord gives us we must continue to multiply until all 41 million have been reached and beyond to the uttermost. The worth of each soul, and the eternity that awaits, compels us to warn every man. We must teach, disciple, train these men and women that they may then go out that the cycle doesn’t end when the missionary is gone. And the goal to present every man and women perfect in Christ Jesus! You have an equal part in that as you pray and send us and we praise God that we can labor together with you.

August and September have flown by as we have spent more than 1 month on the road in Florida. We were part of an exciting conference in Jacksonville, FL; a missions Sunday in Watkinsville, GA; and many individual meetings along the way. Praise God we are now receiving 76% and are praying earnestly that we may be able to leave for the field in January 07.

Thank you for praying for our house to sell—it is sold!! We didn’t even have to list it with a realtor as a member of our home church has purchased it. The Lord is now teaching us to trust in Him as never before. We will have about 1 week, between meetings, to get everything packed up and moved/stored before the closing in November. We have had many offer to open their homes to us for our remaining deputation and we thank you so much for your hospitality and generosity. God amazes us! Knowing that the move was coming, I have been asking God for a specific answer; please pray that God will give us wisdom concerning the move.
